Part of the famous Morgans Hotel Group, the Mondrian Hotel, Los Angeles is located on the popular and impressive Sunset Boulevard. The hotel exterior is immediately striking, taking modern style and design to a new level.

The hotel is very open plan featuring a number of unique furnishings and decorative features as well as a sleek lobby area. Mostly white in colour, the hotel interior features relatively low lighting and a simple but striking style. Some of the hotel’s most intriguing additions include a white chair made of shearling and a white swing.

“Every member of staff at the Mondrian Hotel was polite and courteous, welcoming us to LA with open arms and making our stay even more enjoyable.“

During our visit to the hotel we stayed in the studio suite. This very spacious suite features floor to ceiling windows with incredible views over Los Angeles. Designed in a similar style to the rest of the hotel, our suite was stylish and modern with simple but sleek furnishings and an emphasis on modern interior design.

The lounge area contained a large old fashioned sofa lined with beautiful fabric and the bedroom contained a stunning king size bed, bedside lamps and spotlights. The room also featured an invisible hideaway plasma TV which is hidden behind a mirror.

Every member of staff at the Mondrian Hotel was polite and courteous, welcoming us to LA with open arms and making our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel was also perfectly position as a base from which to explore LA.
