The Fairmont Hotel Princess Scottsdale provides visitors with an idyllic setting to enjoy the surrounding Sonoran Desert in the comfort of a luxury hotel. The grounds of the hotel are beautifully maintained, with cacti and exotic trees full of colour planted all around.

We experienced a Junior suite overlooking the golf course. It was spacious for a junior, and had a classic décor and its own personal terrace. The lounge area was well equipped with a Flat-screen TV, iPod dock, a mini bar and a coffee maker. There was a separate living area, bedroom, and bathroom.

Amenities throughout the complex included sophisticated restaurants offering different dining experiences, from Mexican, European, and American, during our visit we decided to dine at Bourbon Steak. There is a high-end cocktail lounge, some trendy bars, and poolside bars. There was a pool party and fireworks taking place one of the evenings during our stay, which was a great way to unwind and join in on the fun atmosphere.

We recommend reserving yourself one of the poolside cabanas. They come equipped with a corner sofa, fridge, TV, and ceiling fan. It’s a slice of luxury, allowing you to kick back and sip a Gin & Tonic.

“Unforgettable experience, and one we hope to enjoy again.”

There is a huge spa offering a range of pampering treatments, not just for the ladies either, there are too many temping treatments for the gents to turn down. The fitness centre is huge, there is every item of fitness machinery you could want, and personal trainers on hand if you want some one-on-one time.

The grounds cover a breathtakingly vast 65 acres. You can spend days exploring the grounds and still not experience every feature. It’s a family friendly hotel, with children friendly slides at the pool, and carious other activities. The staff we always just a minute away, and helpful at all times. They have a concierge team on hand, ready to help make your stay a memorable one. Assisting you with recommendations of sights to see, areas to visit, and activities for you and the family.

Our overall experience was outstanding. From enjoying the comfort of our suite, to walking around the grounds, taking a dip in the pool, and having a pampering spa session. They leave no stone unturned, and if you want for anything – you just ask a member of staff, who are ready and waiting to help. Unforgettable experience, and one we hope to enjoy again.
